If you need to update the shipping address for an existing order, please contact us as soon as possible with the correct details. For example, when a customer realized they put the wrong address, our response was to update the shipping information accordingly and confirm the new shipping address with the customer. Please ensure to provide us with the complete and accurate address to avoid any delivery issues. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will amend the address. If it is already in transit, we will do our best to contact the carrier and request an address change.
